Thanksgiving

From the famous studio dinners at Nunda with our food fights, too much football, playing our own version of Balderdash, and hanging out with FAMily the memories of Thanksgiving live strong in my heart. Kara was there through it all. Our Thanksgiving has changed over the years. The cousins, cousins, cousins clan remains strong though. Kara, you would be amazed how things have changed: a new Schwartz house on the lake, a dinner table where all 40 of us sit together, and a new crew of cousins who have taken over. It's exciting to see the new additions each year although I do feel bad (maybe jealous!) that they will never experience the studio. We may have to start up a good food fight next year so that they know what it's like. Through all the changes and new family members there is still an absence at that huge table. We miss you Kara. I need you to defend me when Uncle John starts picking on me, someone to be a "baby hog", and someone to make our famous peanut butter hershey kiss cookies with. Your laughter and smile is missed at the dinner table. I know though, that you and Uncle Bill are up there with Grandma and Grandpa, smiling down and enjoying FAMily together with us.
